Shop

What Shopping with a Purpose means at SVDPWC:
When you shop at St. Vinnie’s, you’re doing more than finding great deals — you’re helping your neighbors in need.
Every purchase made in our stores supports local programs that provide food, clothing, shelter, and other essential assistance to individuals and families in our community.

The money raised through store sales goes right back into funding services offered by St. Vincent de Paul — helping people get back on their feet and move toward stability.

So, whether you’re browsing for clothing, furniture, or unique treasures, your shopping truly has a purpose. You’re not just buying something new-to-you — you’re changing lives right here at home.

Round Up

What “Rounding Up" at SVDPWC Means:
When customers shop at St. Vinnie’s, they have the option to “Round Up” their total purchase to the nearest dollar at checkout. The few extra cents from each transaction go directly toward supporting St. Vincent de Paul’s community programs — such as helping local families in need, providing food, housing assistance, or other vital services.
Example:
If your total comes to $12.73, and you choose to Round Up, you’ll pay $13.00.
That extra $0.27 becomes a small but meaningful donation that adds up to big impact when combined with others’ contributions.
Why It Matters:
Rounding up is an easy, everyday way to give back. Those few cents help fund St. Vinnie’s mission to support our neighbors and strengthen the community — one purchase at a time.

Volunteer

What Volunteering Means at SVDPWC:

Volunteering at St. Vinnie’s means becoming part of a mission that’s all about helping neighbors and strengthening our community.
When you give your time at St. Vinnie’s, you’re doing more than sorting donations or assisting customers — you’re helping provide food for families, clothing for those in need, and hope for people facing tough times. Every task, big or small, plays a role in supporting programs that bring comfort, dignity, and stability to others.
Volunteers are the heart of St. Vinnie’s. Their compassion, dedication, and kindness make it possible for us to serve thousands of people each year. Whether you help in the store, at a food pantry, during an event, or behind the scenes, your efforts truly make a difference.
At St. Vinnie’s, volunteering isn’t just about giving time — it’s about giving hope.

 Donate

What Donating Means at St. Vinnie’s:

Donating to St. Vinnie’s means turning your generosity into hope and help for your neighbors.
When you donate clothing, furniture, household goods, or other gently used items, you’re doing more than clearing out your closet — you’re providing resources that directly support local families and individuals in need.
Your donations are sold in St. Vinnie’s thrift stores, and the proceeds fund vital programs like food assistance, housing support, and emergency aid. Every item you give helps keep shelves stocked, programs running, and hearts lifted.
Monetary gifts also make a huge impact — helping St. Vinnie’s respond quickly when someone needs help with rent, utilities, or other essentials.
At St. Vinnie’s, donating isn’t just about giving things — it’s about giving second chances, comfort, and hope.
