YOUR PATH TO LEADERSHIP

A Lead Team Member is someone who motivates, supports, and guides a group toward success while helping each team member grow. Team leads communicate effectively, solve problems, lead by example, and create a positive environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.

​As a Team Lead you will:

• Leads by example through a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Supports team members by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping solve problems.
• Coordinates tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently and everyone knows their responsibilities.

The Assistant Store Manager is a developing leader who works alongside the Store Manager to ensure the store operates smoothly while supporting and guiding the team. This role is designed to build leadership, communication, and operational skills through hands-on experience.

The Store Manager is the primary leader of the store, responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing the team, and ensuring the store fulfills its mission. This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence while creating a positive environment for customers, volunteers, and staff.

​As a Store Manager you will:

• Lead and inspire a team through clear communication and positive leadership.
• Plan, organize, and oversee daily store operations.
• Develop and mentor team members, encouraging growth and accountability.
• Make informed decisions and solve challenges with confidence.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming shopping experience.
• Monitor store performance, productivity, and operational goals.
• Manage priorities while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient workplace.
• Represent the organization's mission and values within the store and the community.

During your training, you’ll spend approximately 4-6 weeks at each location learning every aspect of our organization.

Gain hands-on experience in every aspect of store operations while developing the leadership skills needed to succeed.
