Donation Policy

We always appreciate the generosity of our donors. Sometimes it is necessary to say no to some items. Either due to current government regulations or the lack of need for certain items along with the high cost of recycling. The list below will help you with items we accept and items we cannot accept.

We gladly accept all kinds of gently used and like-new:
House wares: dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, knickknacks, towels, curtains, drapes & rods, collectibles.
Furniture: Chairs, tables, bookcases, dressers, wood desks, couches, lamps, area rugs, mattresses, box springs, bed frames, patio furniture.
Toys: games, stuffed animals, action figures, dolls, cars, trucks, etc.
Electronics: radios, small appliances, portable stereos, vacuums, DVD & CD players, small microwaves.
Medical: wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, toilet seat risers, shower chairs.
Books/Movies: CD's, records, hardcover/paperback books, DVD's, magazines, VHS tapes.
Baby items: walkers, changing tables, cribs, highchairs, playpens, strollers, swing, car seats.
Appliances: electric stoves.

Items we cannot accept:
Chemicals of any kind including paint, stain; appliances with freon (air conditioners, freezers, refrigerators, dehumidifiers), gas appliances, hot water heaters, built-in dishwashers, organs, pianos, ping pong tables, pool tables, metal desks, waterbeds, building supplies (doors, windows, lumber, toilets, etc.), console stereos, TV's of any kind, tires, batteries, bowling balls, encyclopedia sets, child car seats not older than 2004.

All donated items must be in good working order.
